Yes, I totally purloined that subject from Spamusement. In fact, that's my favorite comic on the site (that I've read, so far). Things are getting more and more Christmas-y, bit by bit. We bought a little (32" tall) pre-lit tree, have our lights up, Nativity scenes set up, Christmas music a-listening ... Good stuff. Things are busy. I mean, lots of stuff is going on. My in-laws are in the process of moving (and I'm going to miss them. Not JUST because Mom C is almost ALWAYS willing to watch the kiddos if we ever want a few hours to ourselves. Dad C, too, for that matter). They're putting their place up for sale. It's going to be very strange not to have them close by as a gathering place for everyone. I think that Grandpa and Grandma C are a bit worried. But they don't let on a whole lot ... I still need a shower and for the kiddos to nap. I should put them in their cribs in about 15 minutes so that they'll get a decent nap before Storytime. And then I need to shower, get the car loaded up for laundry day (and hanging around until Michael gets over to the family homestead (that term is not literal, don't worry) after work. Since Bones is a rerun tonight, I think I'll be catching the new episode of America's Next Top Model. I'm rooting for Caridee. But Melrose might get it. And Eugina's still in the running ... and she hates Melrose with the burning hatred of a thousand burning suns of hate. It'll be entertaining if she and Melrose are the two finalists. Not what I want, necessarily, but entertaining. You know that you're not the most entertaining person when you wax so eloquent on a television show ... unless it's House. And you might just quote the poem that the woman wrote (it's more of an ode, really) in Season One (if you watched that season, you'll totally know which episode I'm talking about. If not, you can ask me and I'll fill you in. If you're local, I might even let you come over and watch it with me ... since I'm obsessive and have the first two seasons on DVD, almost as soon as they came out, really.) In other news, Zoë's a bully. She steals cups, toys, ANYTHING AT ALL from Bruce. Any hints on how to get her to treat him like a sweet sister should?? It's rather annoying. But kinda funny, since he bursts out weeping as she runs off, laughing, with his possessions ... and I'm telling him to steal it back or tackle her ... but no! He is too SAD and PITEOUSLY CRYING to do anything like that!!
