Now, back at my high school's site on MySpace, there was one discussion started about what people would have done differently. One of my dear friends confessed that she was anorexic because people kept telling her that she wasn't beautiful. What would I have done differently? I kinda wonder about that. Obviously, knowing what I know now ... -break up with my first boyfriend totally the first time. But, all in all, high school wasn't nearly as bad as Jr. High and middle school. Being sexually harassed by your classmates just sucks total. And they thought I was a lesbian. I'm sure they'll figure out that they were so dead wrong by the time our ten-year reunion comes along. And, besides, I'll have the cutest set of twins there. (I'd say cutest kids, but some of my friends are in that class ... and their kids are pretty dang cute, too!) Yeah. I didn't mind high school as much as I abhorred middle school. The teachers were great ... well, except for Wadell ... but he was easily bypassed. (It helps that I'm a verbose writer, since he graded on length, not content.) My gosh, how do I babble on like this and not have people put me in a straightjacket? No friggin' clue. On a tangent, I watched Citizen Kane. Meh. Good visuals, yes, but it's DEPRESSING. And I don't need depressing. Not when my painters are in. No. I need something all romantic-comedy. Maybe i should watch "About a Boy" again. That was bloody brilliant. Oh, and other news, Zo had her first (and second, after Bruce pulled out the first) ponytail today. She looked like Pebbles from The Flinstones. Gotta feed the girl!
